Does not apply to shipments to Alaska & Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands. Most orders ship within 24 hours and will arrive in 3 to 7 business days with final delivery by the U.S. Postal Service or UPS. Some items may be upgraded to a fast service depending upon size, weight and value.
If shipping is Not Free, it will be indicated on the product page and at checkout. Multiple shipping options are available regardless if the item ships free or not.
Tracking your shipment can be done by clicking on the Tracking number sent to you in your shipping confirmation email, or in your account details.
Ground Shipping
In-stock phone and web orders placed before 3:00pm EST. will ship the same day and will arrive in 1 to 5 business days, from time of shipment, via UPS, FedEx or Priority Mail. Items that ship by truck service, or are shipped directly from the manufacturer, may not qualify for expedited ground shipping.
2nd Day and Overnight Shipping
In-stock phone and web orders placed before 3:00pm EST. will ship the same day and arrive the 2nd or next business day. 2nd Day and Overnight shipping will be charged actual shipping charges that will be calculated during checkout. A street address is required for all shipments. We do not refund shipping charges. Certain items may not qualify for air express shipping. Offer does not include Saturday delivery. Saturday delivery is available to certain areas.
Alaska and Hawaii
Please allow 4-14 business days for shipments to these areas. Free shipping offers do apply to these areas.
Worldwide Shipping
We proudly provide International Shipping. Shipping charges for anyone outside the U.S. will be calculated at checkout. International shipping charges are dependent upon weights and dimensions of the package(s). Customs delays can occur adding 1-2 days. Any additional brokerage, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Same Day Shipping
Orders submitted by 3pm eastern standard time will be shipped same day. Some restrictions do apply.
