Returns Policy

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted within 45 days of the date of purchase.

Easy Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team through our website, email, or phone. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization.
  2. Please have your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your communication.
  3. It is necessary to contact us first to retrieve an “RMA#”, so that we can track your return and be sure to refund you as soon as possible.

Free Return Shipping:

We believe that returning a product should be easy and convenient for our customers. Therefore, we offer free return shipping for eligible items within the specified return period.

We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or arrange a pickup from your location, depending on the size and weight of the item.

Though they are few, **Exceptions do exist depending on the product and/or the reason for return.

Refund Options:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used during the purchase.

Refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exclusions:
Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons, such as personal care products, intimate apparel, and perishable goods. Please check the product description or contact our customer support team for more information.

Additionally, customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange a return or provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Restocking Fees
We reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee for products that are non-defective. Please return the product and its packaging, along with all parts and accessories, in like-new/resalable condition. Additional deductions may be applied under certain circumstances, including but not limited to: missing contents/accessories, packaging not reusable, items damaged by the customer, or product shows signs of usage/installation. Upon return, the product and packaging will be inspected, and the product will be tested to confirm any reported defects.

Outside the U.S. - We accept returns if you are a customer outside the United States and the same policies apply, however you will be charged the actual cost of shipping to return.

Extensions
Between Dec. 22 and Jan. 15th, for orders purchased in this window, we extend our return policy to 60 Days from date of purchase.
