We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee from the date your item was received. You must contact us prior to returning an item, as it is necessary to obtain a Return Authorization Number and the address to our Returns Center. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If Free Shipping was received, the actual shipping amount will be deducted. Please be aware that refusing delivery of your package will result in additional deductions to cover the return postage fee. Our Returns Dept reserves the right to charge up to 20% restocking fee for products that are non-defective. Please return the product and its packaging, along with all parts and accessories, in like-new/resalable condition. Additional deductions may be applied under certain circumstances, including but not limited to: missing contents/accessories, packaging not reusable, items damaged by the customer, or product shows signs of usage/installation. Upon return, the product and packaging will be inspected and the product will be tested to confirm any reported defects.
Digital Media/Software Returns
Software or digital media can only be returned within 30 days of receipt if the product is still in unopened condition. Returns will not be accepted for any software that has been opened, installed, or removed from the retail packaging. Defective items can be exchanged for the same title/model number.
Items Damaged in Shipment
If your product has been damaged during shipment, please take pictures of the damage to both the product and packaging and submit them to us. We will open an immediate damage claim with the courier and will promptly ship out a replacement. Be sure to hold on to the damaged product for the first 10 days after the damaged has been reported. The courier may need to pick up the item from you. Please do not refuse a damaged shipment, as this will prevent us from being able to provide an immediate resolution. Proof of damage must be submitted before a reshipment can be sent.
